Shipping policy

Enjoy free shipping on orders over NT$1,000. A shipping fee of NT$80 will be charged for orders under NT$1,000.

  • Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life (Taiwan Main Island, Outlying Islands Convenience Store Locations)

Delivery Time/Region:

  • Delivery: Delivery time is 3-5 days.
    • Applicable Regions: Taiwan Main Island, Outlying Islands
  • Convenience Store Pickup: Delivery time is 5-7 days.
    • Applicable Regions: Taiwan Main Island, Outlying Islands

Shipping Information:

  • Orders will be shipped within approximately 3 business days after placing the order (excluding the order day), not including holidays.
  • Delivery time is Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
  • During holiday seasons or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, shipping may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders.
  • If [Delivery] is selected: Actual delivery will depend on the route scheduled by the delivery driver.
  • If [Convenience Store Pickup] is selected: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and pick up your order within 7 days. Failure to pick up the order without a valid reason may result in shipping cost losses, which will be borne by the customer.
