Order Placement Issues
Taiwan orders with purchases over NT$1,000 will enjoy free shipping. If the free shipping threshold is not reached, a shipping fee of NT$80 will be charged.

Shipping Notes
- Orders will be shipped within approximately 3 business days after the order is placed (excluding the day of order). Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded.
- Delivery time is 09:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday, no delivery is arranged on weekends and national holidays.
- In case of peak seasons or force majeure events, shipping may be delayed.
- For [Shipping] orders: Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery route arranged by the logistics company.
- For [Convenience Stores] orders: Please pay attention to the arrival notification and pick up your order within 7 days. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to unclaimed orders.

Credit card offers options of installment payment (only 3 installments).
- Bank Transfer
When requesting a refund for an order paid via Bank transfer, a NT$15 remittance fee will be deducted.
Bryton online store allows you to choose your invoice type during the checkout process. You can select from personal electronic invoice, mobile carrier, or traditional invoice options. Invoice details are as follows:
- Electronic invoice
Upon issuance, Bryton online store will send you an invoice notification email. For detailed information on electronic invoices, please refer to the Ministry of Finance's Electronic Invoice Integrated Service Platform.
You can choose to use a carrier or merge carriers. If you choose a member carrier, the system will automatically check the latest lottery numbers published by the tax bureau and notify you via email if you win a prize. You can print a paper invoice using the "Ministry of Finance Unified Invoice Lottery App" or at a convenience store (Famiport & Hi-Life) to claim your prize.
- Triplicate Uniform Invoice
To issue a Triplicate Uniform Invoice, please fill in the company name and Tax Code Number during the checkout process. Once issued, the invoice cannot be modified. The invoice item name will be based on the product name and amount at the time of ordering. The issue date, other product names, or amounts cannot be specified.
※ Please note: Once an invoice is issued, the purchaser and tax code number cannot be arbitrarily changed, nor can the invoice be reissued under the name and unified number of another business at the buyer's request. Therefore, please carefully select the desired invoice type during checkout! If you select the wrong type, please cancel the order and place a new one as soon as possible.
※ Due to the integration of electronic billing and settlement, one order corresponds to one invoice. Multiple invoices cannot be issued separately.
Customers can join the membership from the upper right corner of the Bryton official website homepage. There is no need to enter a password when logging in. To log in, please use the one-time code received via email.
For your convenience, you can place an order without logging in or registering as a member. However, please note that you must log in to your account to check your order status.
Order issues
The payment method cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you want to change the payment method, please cancel the order first and re-order the goods.

Once the order is ready(excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in about 3 working days, excluding holidays.
From the time the order is placed to the time the product is shipped, the order status will vary. We will display these statuses on the order page so that you can understand the order status more clearly, track the order status in real time, and successfully complete the purchase process.

You'll receive an email confirming your order cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that the exact processing time may vary based on your bank.
- Modify order
- Once the order is established, the order content, payment method and delivery method cannot be modified . The original order will be canceled and re-ordered.
- If you need to modify the receipt-related information, please call 02-2657-9888 and inform us of the order number and the information you want to modify.
Reminder: Please enter the correct order number and email address used for ordering. If the order status is "Order Established" (not yet entering stocking processing), the schedule will be automatically suspended and the shipping time will be delayed.
- Cancel order <br/>You can return any goods purchased from this website within 7 days after receiving the goods. Write to support_tw@brytonsport.com or leave a message in the order to apply for return and enter the return process.
When the order is successful, the website page will display a set of seven-digit order number #TWxxxx information, and the system will send a confirmation letter [Bryton Taiwan Order #TWxxxx Confirmation Notification Mail] to the mailbox you ordered, which means the order is completed.
Return and Exchange
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers (including the purchaser, family members, or building managers) have a 7-day evaluation period starting from the day after receiving the product. Within this period, customers may return the product unconditionally provided that it remains in its original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day period.
Return Requirements:
- Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories are included.
- No Signs of Use: Electronic products cannot be activated. Products with signs of use, damage caused by human factors, or odors (perfume, body odor, cigarette smoke) will not be accepted for return.
- Consumable Products: This product is a consumable plastic item. Scratches or paint chips are normal signs of wear and tear and are not covered by the return policy.
- Bryton Members:
Bryton members enjoy free home pickup for physical product returns (mainland and outlying islands). To initiate a return, please submit a request within the 7-day return period. Hsinchu Logistics will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a pickup. Upon receiving the returned product, Bryton will send you a confirmation email. Once the return is confirmed, Bryton will process the refund within 4 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification when the refund is completed.
Due to operational limitations, customers in outlying islands must return products to Bryton Headquarters within the 7-day return period. Please ship the product to: 7th Floor, No. 75, Zhouzi Street, Neihu District, Taipei City 11493, Taiwan. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
